Monthly Apirations provide an opportunity to focus on the suggested aspiration for your personal growth.

  • Choosing a specific action/behavior related to the aspiration is the first step
  • Practice this action/behavior on a daily basis
  • Consider tracking it with the Habits Progress pages
  • Utilize this particular aspiration while working towards your goals for this month
  • Celebrate your successes... remember it's about progress, not perfection

I will not put tasks off and instead make solid decisions as to if I will or will not complete
a task.  Making the final decision that I really will do something creates an
environment for success.  I will spend a few moments longer to determine other tasks
to be completed before completing the main task. Once decided I will SCHEDULE a
specific time period in which I will take action based on my highest probability of success. 
I will not self-sabatage/create chaos.
